Can I make and receive calls with the watch?

Yes. When connected via Bluetooth, you can make and answer calls directly from your watch without needing to reach for your phone.

Is my smartwatch compatible with my phone?

All Kronox smartwatches are compatible with both iOS and Android devices. Just download our companion app and pair via Bluetooth.

Are the watches waterproof?

Yes. Most models are water-resistant with an IP68 rating or higher. They’re built to withstand rain, splashes, and sweat. Please check each product page for specific resistance details.

How long does the battery last on a single charge?

Depending on the model, battery life ranges from 7 to 14 days under normal use. Power-saving modes can extend this even further.

How does the GPS work?

Our watches connect to your phone’s GPS for precise route tracking, distance, and speed. This method ensures accuracy while keeping battery consumption low.

Will the watch fit my wrist?

Yes. Every Kronox smartwatch comes with a 12-month limited warranty covering internal defects under normal use.

How do I charge the watch?

Each watch includes a magnetic charging cable. Simply align the pins on the cable with the connectors on the back of the watch — the magnets will snap into place.

How long does it take to fully charge?

Most Kronox smartwatches reach a full charge in about 90 minutes.

How do I change the band on my watch?

Swapping bands is simple. Our straps use quick-release pins or adapters — just slide, click, and you’re ready. No tools needed.

Are the bands water and sweat-resistant?

Yes. Kronox bands are designed for active use, resistant to sweat, water, and daily wear. They’re also easy to clean.

Will the band fit my wrist?

Do bands and other accessories come with a warranty?

Yes. All accessories are covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If something arrives defective, we’ll replace it at no cost.

Will the screen protector affect touch sensitivity?

No. Our tempered glass protectors are ultra-thin and designed to keep full touchscreen responsiveness.

How durable are the screen protectors?

Each protector is made from 9H hardness tempered glass, providing reliable protection against scratches, bumps, and everyday use.

Is the charging cable compatible with all Kronox watches?

We offer two types of charging cables:

Universal cable for most Kronox watches
Exclusive cable for the Apex One

How long does it take to charge my watch with the cable?

Most models charge fully in about 90 minutes when using the official Kronox magnetic USB cable.

Can I use a third-party charging cable?

We don’t recommend it. For safety and performance, always use the official Kronox charging cable to prevent damage to your device.

Returns & Exchange

Can I return my watch if I change my mind?

At this time, we do not accept physical returns once an order has been shipped.

What if my watch arrives damaged or defective?

If your watch arrives with a defect or functional issue, we’ll send you a replacement part or unit free of charge.

How do I request a replacement?

Simply email our support team at support@shopkronox.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the problem.

How long do I have to report an issue?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so our team can resolve the issue quickly.

Shipping & Tracking

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Transit time is 7–12 business days, making the total delivery time 8–14 business days (Monday through Saturday).

Orders placed after 6:00 PM (GMT-05:00, Eastern Standard Time – New York) will be processed on the next business day.

All shipping costs are covered under our Free Shipping method.
