No Returns — But We've Got You Covered

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds, except in cases where an item is faulty, damaged, or defective.
  • If you receive a damaged product, please contact us and we will provide you with a replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the item and the packaging.
  • Send the photos to our customer service team at support@shopkronox.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Without proof of damage, we cannot issue a replacement.
  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds, except in cases where an item is faulty, damaged, or defective.

How to Request a Replacement

If you’re experiencing an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your package. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the problem

Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee. Returns are completely free of charge for qualifying items.

Refunds

Refunds are not accepted, as previously stated. We only provide replacements for products that are damaged.

Shipping Policy Reminder

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Transit time is 7–12 business days, making the total delivery time 8–14 business days (Monday through Saturday).
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM (GMT-05:00, Eastern Standard Time – New York) will be processed on the next business day.
  • We currently ship only to the US, Canada, the UK, the EU, and Australia.
  • All shipping costs are covered under our Free Shipping method.
