Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.
- Orders placed after 6:00 PM (GMT-05:00, Eastern Standard Time - New York) will be processed on the next business day.
- During high-volume periods, holidays, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Shipping Times
- Once your order has been processed, estimated transit time is 7-12 business days, Monday through Saturday.
- Total estimated delivery time is typically 8-14 business days, including processing and transit time.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

We currently offer Free Standard Shipping on eligible orders.

We do not currently ship to countries or regions that are not listed above.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is currently free on eligible orders placed through Kronox.
If any paid shipping options, express shipping options, taxes, duties, or additional fees apply, they will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other local charges may apply depending on your country and local regulations.
When these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be the responsibility of the customer. Kronox is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for charges imposed by local customs authorities.
Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted logistics and delivery partners, which may include 4PX, Yanwen, YunExpress, local postal services, and last-mile delivery carriers depending on your destination country.
The final carrier may vary based on your location, product availability, and logistics routing.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and tracking instructions.
Please allow 2-5 business days for tracking information to update after your order has shipped. In some cases, tracking may update only after the package reaches the destination country or local carrier network.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, your products may ship separately depending on availability, package size, or logistics routing. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Kronox is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@shopkronox.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
P.O. Boxes and Restricted Addresses
We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, freight forwarders, hotels, or temporary addresses.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@shopkronox.com with your order number and tracking information.
We will review the tracking details and work with the carrier or logistics provider when possible. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, reshipment, or other appropriate solution.
If tracking shows that the package was delivered to the address provided at checkout, but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, building staff, mailrooms, and the local carrier before contacting us.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@shopkronox.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the product
- Clear photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, repair, refund, or another appropriate solution depending on the case.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Eligible Kronox products may qualify for our 45-Day Money Back Guarantee, subject to the conditions listed in our Return & Refund Policy.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
