Every Kronox watch is backed by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering any manufacturing or internal functional defects that may occur under normal use.
What's Covered
The warranty covers issues such as:
- Internal malfunctions
- Charging issues
- Defective components (e.g. buttons, screen, sensors)
If your watch has a warranty-related issue, please email us at support@shopkronox.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear explanation of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the problem
What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Improper use or abuse
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Water damage beyond rated resistance

All durability tests shown in our marketing content — including impact, dust, or water exposure — are for demonstration purposes only. While Kronox watches are designed to be tough, they are not intended to be subjected to extreme or abusive conditions in real-world use.
We reserve the right to deny warranty claims if the product has been used outside of its intended purpose or environmental specifications.
