No Returns — But We've Got You Covered

Due to the nature of our logistics and fulfillment process, we currently do not offer physical returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

However, if your watch arrives with a **functional issue**, **defect**, or **damaged component**, our team is committed to making it right. In most cases, we will send you a **replacement part** or a new unit depending on the issue — free of charge.

How to Request a Replacement

If you’re experiencing an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your package. Be sure to include:

  • Photos or videos showing the problem
